Direct, compassionate, and collaborative care. My work is somatic, relational, and rooted in body-based awareness, expressive arts, parts work, and the sacred humor required to hold the paradoxes of this wild world. I offer a space to explore your inner world with honesty, curiosity, and care.
I am a psychodynamically, transpersonally, and somatically trained practitioner.
I see clients (California & New York residents) via tele-health for weekly psychotherapy sessions of either 50 or 75 minutes. I see NY residents in-person in the Hudson Valley.
I am offering KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) at the Woodstock Therapy Center in the Hudson Valley.
How I work and who I tend to work with
My clients may be carrying grief, shame, tenderness, and/or longing. You may be a seeker, a creative, a change-maker, a sensitive system attempting to make sense of it all and organize in relationship to yourself and others. I work in an integrative way: this means I use a variety of approaches depending on the vibe and feedback of the space and clients. My work is informed and influenced by harm reductive concepts, transformative justice, liberatory paradigms, and the eco-therapeutic belief that our suffering generates from the disconnection from the land and each other.
I work with individuals, couples, and those in relationships (i.e. parent/child, multiple partners, friends, roomates)
